Delete your Grivara OPS account and data
Last updated: October 27, 2026
This page explains how to ask us to delete your Grivara OPS (G-OPS) account, the app and platform from Grivara, Inc., and which data is deleted or kept.
Grivara OPS accounts are created and managed by the organization you work for; the app does not let anyone create an account. You can still ask us directly to delete yours.
How to request deletion
- Email privacy@grivara.com from the address you sign in to Grivara OPS with, using the subject "Delete my Grivara OPS account".
- Include your name and your organization's name. If you would rather keep the account and delete only some of your data, such as your location history, say so in the message.
- We reply to that same address to confirm the request came from you. We will never ask for a sign-in code.
- We delete the account within 30 days of your confirmation and email you when it is done.
If you no longer have access to that email address, your organization can request the deletion for you by writing to the same address.
Data we delete
- Your account: name, email, profile photo, language and preferences.
- Your access: we end your sessions on every device and you can no longer sign in.
- Your organization membership and role.
- Your location history, in the database and in the reporting archive.
- On your phone, the offline copy of your data is removed when you sign out or uninstall the app.
Data we keep
- Your organization's work records that you took part in: work orders, tasks, measurements, evidence photos, signatures and calibrations. They belong to your organization, which may need them for warranties, audits or regulatory compliance. We dissociate them from your name where possible, and they are kept for as long as your organization uses Grivara OPS or until it asks us to delete them.
- Anything we must keep by law, only for as long as the law requires.
Additional retention periods
- Database backups: deleted data drops out of them within 30 days at most.
- Technical logs of requests to our servers (IP address, date and time, user identifier): deleted automatically after 30 days.
