Put your idle equipment to work, without losing control.
Publish a public catalog where your customers see real availability and request the equipment they need. You approve every request, nothing is booked without your sign-off, and it all runs on the same availability engine, so it never collides with your own operation.

Frequently asked questions
- What is Grivara OPS's rental module?
- It publishes a public catalog of your rentable equipment, where customers see real availability and request what they need. You approve every request, and approving it commits the reservation on the same availability engine your own operation runs on.
- Do my customers need an account to request equipment?
- No. The catalog lives at a public link of your own organization and can be browsed and searched without an account. You publish only what you choose: the public card shows the description and specs you curate, never the serial number, location, or internal equipment data.
- Can a rental request collide with my own operation?
- No. Public availability comes from the same engine as your reservations, maintenance windows, and calibration due dates. On approval, the status change and the reservation commit in a single transaction, so two requests can't take the same unit and window.
- Can a customer request a type of equipment instead of a specific unit?
- Yes. They can request a category — an excavator, say — and the concrete unit is bound at approval. When you decide, you see the candidate units marked free or busy for that window, with the first free one suggested.
- How does a customer track their request?
- Every requester gets a signed link to check status and cancel their request, with no account and no back-and-forth email. The link exposes only their own request's details.
- What happens to requests nobody acts on?
- A pending request whose window has fully elapsed is marked expired automatically. While the window is still running it stays approvable, so you don't lose a rental to a clock technicality.
